Payment: We accept: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Deposit Required: $100 per room per stay.

Cancellation Policy:
We allow cancellations of individual reservations up to 14 calendar days before the first date of the reservation. Failure to cancel your reservation 14 days or more before the start of your reservation will result in a charge of the full amount of the reservation.
We allow cancellations of group reservations up to 30 calendar days before the first date of the reservation. Failure to cancel your reservation 30 days or more before the start of the reservation will result in a charge of 50% of the full amount of the reservation. Group reservations require a non-refundable deposit.
Due to high demand, reservations made for any dates that occur during the Cheeseburger Festival are considered guaranteed once the booking is made. These dates are non-refundable.

Children:
Well-behaved children are welcome. Since many of our guests are here for a restful getaway, there may be times when we are unable to accommodate small children. Please let us know if you are planning to have children accompany you when you make your reservation.

Pets: $25 Per Stay
We will gladly welcome one well-behaved dog in Rooms 101, 105, and The Cottage provided the following guidelines are followed:
Dogs may not be left unattended.
Dogs must not bark.
Dogs must be leashed inside and outside of the Lodge.
Dog owners must pick up after their pets outside.
Any damage caused by a pet is the financial responsibility of the owner(s).
No dogs will be allowed in the dining hall during breakfast hours.

Smoking:
The Lodge and Cottage are non-smoking. There are designated smoking areas outside away from the front entry door.

Swimming:
The pond is a no swimming zone.
